TUNING FORKS

I have written several articles on the effects of sound healing. Tuning Forks can be used as a set of tools that can be used for all levels of healing. They can be made of different materials like aluminum, steel, nickel, and glass. They can also be tuned to different frequencies, so that when you strike them with a rubber mallet you can hear the desired frequency. Some tuning forks are in a base so that you can hear the frequency and still feel the resonance. Others are weighted so that they can be put on the body so that you will feel the vibration at that spot.
Two very popular frequencies for tuning forks are 432hz and 528hz which are the primordial frequency of the universe and the miracle Solfeggio frequency. I mentioned both of these in my last article. I also mentioned that the chakras can be aligned with the last seven Solfeggio frequencies. However, there are different theories on which scales of frequencies that can be used with the chakras. The weighted tuning forks are at much lower frequencies which make it easier to feel the vibration. These tuning forks at the lower frequencies can come in a set that are known as the Cosmic Octave frequencies.
There are many different scales of tuning fork frequencies, and you can use them all for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. Our bodies are electrical systems that have an electrical current running through them with an electromagnetic field around it. This is called our biofield. Whether you place them on the body or not, you can still feel the vibration which will help you relax. Spiritually they can also be used for meditation and to clear out negative energies. If you don’t want to wait for a full moon to cleanse your crystals, and you don’t want to do each one individually, you can put your crystals around a tuning fork in a base and strike the tuning fork to cleanse them all.
Nicola Tesla said that the three keys to the universe are energy, frequency, and vibration, all of which can be accessed with a tuning fork.
