SACRED GEOMETRY

by Bob Romero —

Bob Romero has been a diligent student of esoteric spiritual subjects and metaphysics for many years, with a life-long quest for answers. He has submitted new and original articles that focus on life lessons and experiences he wishes to share with our readers and the world.

Metatron's CubeI’ve written several articles on symbols from Sacred Geometry like the infinity symbol, , the Flower of life, the Merkaba, and Metatron’s Cube which contains several other Sacred Geometry figures including the five regular polyhedrons.

Some basic geometric symbols are a circle, triangle, and square, spiral, and the cross.

These and other symmetrical patterns are found everywhere. Religions, both ancient and current, have sacred geometry patterns in their teachings. They can also be found in churches, cathedrals, temples, and mosques, as well as in both old and new architecture. They are present all throughout nature and the universe. Just look at the Fibonacci spiral, fractals, snowflakes, honeycombs, spiderwebs, flowers, crystals, musical patterns, branches in trees, shells, the stars and the cosmos, our veins and our DNA. All are created with mathematical precision whether they are man-made or occurring naturally.

Yin YangCheck out at the Chinese Yin Yang symbol. The Chinese used for balance of masculine and feminine traits, and they were able to track the sun that produced it and determine that a year was 365.25 days. It’s no wonder that Sacred Geometry is considered the blueprint of creation.

There are books on how to use these patterns for your intent. However, none of them can be comprehensive on all aspects of Sacred Geometry. If you want to take the time, there is a 150-hour course.

A good overview is in an article at:

But for a more in-depth learning, I recommend the book “Sacred Geometry, An A-Z Reference Guide” by Marilyn Walker PhD.

Studying these sacred symbols can bring about enlightenment as they are used for balance, awakening, protection, manifestation, healing and meditation. As you become more aware of these symbols, it’s easy to see the imprint of Spirit. I found that the best way to become more knowledgeable about Sacred Geometry is to find a symbol that resonates with you as I have done in my previous articles and become as familiar as you can with it so that you can use it on your spiritual path.
