BASIC TRUTHS OF REINCARNATION
by Bruce Johnson

553 A. D. was the year the Fifth Ecumenical Council met in Constantinople at the request of the Emperor Justinian. That year Justinian and the Council voted to anathematize or curse the doctrine of the pre-existence of the soul, and by implication, reincarnation. To teach, or believe in reincarnation after that date was to be solemnly cursed by the Christian church, and so its study was undertaken at the risk of one’s Soul.
The Laws of Reincarnation control an orderly process of evolving and perfecting the human personality through cyclical rebirth alternately into spiritual and physical worlds. The learning and experiences of the personality or temporary self gained in each incarnation are absorbed and integrated by the Soul or permanent Self during a rest and assimilation period in spirit between physical embodiments. The periodic incarnation of the human spirit involves the Laws Reincarnation, Involution, Evolution, and Cycles. The Wheel of Fortune Tarot card depicts these Spiritual Laws symbolically.
Studying Ancient Wisdom teachings about Reincarnation frees the individual from erroneous beliefs that empower error. Examples of such beliefs include – “You only live once.” Reincarnation can’t be true or I would remember my past lives.” “I am my body, not a spirit in a temporary body.” “Creationism is fact, evolution is untrue.”
The physical body is a garment, or temporary clothing worn by the Soul during physical incarnation, with its nature and quality determined by previous causes set in motion by that person. The parents of the reincarnating soul provide the raw materials and heredity of the physical body that is appropriate to the learning to be experienced by the incoming soul in any given lifetime. The soul, in its long course of physical incarnations, occupies both male and female bodies, balancing karma while gaining necessary experience in each. This esoteric teaching not only sheds light on the subject of human sexual preference but also shows the inherent equality of male and female forms as vehicles of incarnation.
The doctrine of reincarnation gives a much needed understanding on the subject of abortion. Abortion involves making not available a physical body for a soul to inhabit for incarnation. Contrary to the inaccurate belief that human life begins at conception, there is no set time that all souls coming in human incarnation permanently attach themselves to the fetus via the silver cord. Until that time, which is often just prior to birth, the physical fetus is symbolically a miniature house with its own intrinsic life, perhaps containing lights, heat, and plumbing, but no occupant.
The crucial truth to remember is that during incarnation, the person is a spiritual being living in a physical body, and exists separate from the physical body they temporarily inhabit. Astral projection demonstrates this fact most clearly. If death is defined as the spirit leaving the body permanently and the silver cord parting, birth must be defined as that moment when the soul permanently connects to and inhabits the body, and not when life becomes apparent in its physical vehicle.
The unnumbered abortions of past millennia have not harmed the spiritual and physical evolution of humanity, as the Laws of Reincarnation provide alternate opportunities for each very much alive spirit to be re born physically, if one door to reincarnation is closed.
Reincarnation-an East-West Anthology by Joseph Head and S.L. Cranston shows reincarnation in religions of the world.

THE POWER OF REVIEWS
by Bob Romero
It is becoming more frequent that businesses and companies ask for reviews or feedback of their products and services. A negative review can be damaging and sometimes it can be suspect as it could be by a competitor. Constructive criticism can be helpful, but I like to do that in person rather than writing one because it can still negatively impact the business. Doing a positive review for the sake of doing a review with no comments for the rating will soon be forgotten. Writing a review and then specifically writing how the worker went above and beyond will exponentially influence the amount of positive energy that is generated.
When you write a review for a self-owned business or a very small business you are showing respect for that individual who gave you special treatment. It will also help their business with the more reviews that they get. But most importantly, you will form a bond with that person which may lead to a lifelong friendship. This kinship is positive energy that will help spread light into the community.
When you do this for a large corporation and specifically identify the employee and what they did for you, it will have a huge impact on more than just the people involved. Let me explain. When you see a member of a company go out of their way to help you and treats you with consideration, that alone makes you feel good and the positive energy begins to flow. You then give feedback in a review and articulate exactly why you’re giving the highest rating and name the person. You then feel good about the review because you’re paying back the kindness that was given to you. Then at the department meeting, when the employee is singled out for their extraordinary effort, that makes him or her feel good and the positive energy is now growing. The manager feels good that a member on his or her team gave a good representation of the department and the company. Other team members see that, and it encourages them to follow this example especially if the recognized teammate is rewarded. This acknowledgement can lead to improved customer service which will greatly impact the bottom line and greater benevolence in the community.
This situation is helping spread the light that is seen by everyone. Goodwill towards others now is manifesting to create a nicer world. All of this because you took a few minutes to write a positive review for a moment of kindness.
To the left is an example of a QR Code that takes you to a place that is popular for leaving reviews. It is just an example and doesn’t mean you have to leave a review.

APRIL 2026 ASTROLOGY UPDATE
by Roy Neal

We begin the month of April with a Full Moon in the sign of Libra. This is also April Fool’s Day. Because the Sun is in Aries and ruled by Mars the tension of the opposition between Mars and Venus, the ruler of Libra, reflects the polarity between the self (Aries) and others (Libra). Only a fool would not be aware of how their actions (Mars) impacts the peace, harmony and balance in their relationships with others (Libra). Venus (love) is here to teach Mars (desire) how to share and co-create experiences of co-operation and mutual value.
Easter Sunday is April 5th. We are reminded of the sacrifice of a man of love and peace (Venus) to the God of War and unhealthy self-interest (Mars). One can only wonder how the nature of conflict between opposing forces will ever be fully resolved.
The key to resolution is likely to occur within ourselves. When enough people have acquired peace within themselves, there will be peace in their relationships with each other and in the world. Be the peace and the love you wish to see. Take responsibility for the quality of energy you choose to express in your life and your world.
A Last Quarter Phase Moon occurs in Capricorn on Thursday, April 9th. An emotional need to move forward with our goals and objectives on a personal and professional level is amplified by Mars entering the sign of Aries also on this day.
Mercury enters the sign of Aries on Tuesday, April 14th. Asserting and expressing our ideas and truth is favored. Healthy confrontations are likely to occur on the 14th, 15th and 16th of April. Our willingness to be assertive and express our truth is further enhanced as we experience a New Moon in the sign of Aries on Friday, April 17th.
Owning and honoring our own value occurs as the Sun enters Taurus on Sunday, April 19th. Financial security is likely to be our desire and focus as the Sun continues to transit the sign of Taurus.
Earth Day is Wednesday, April 22nd. Planting a tree or growing a garden to honor our personal environment and the planet is favored.
A First Quarter Phase Moon occurs in Leo and Venus enters Gemini on Thursday, April 23rd.
Creative self-expression and celebrations involving friends and fellowship is encouraged for the weekend as Uranus enters the sign of Gemini on Saturday, April 25th.

ARIES, THE RAM in 2026
by Roy Neal
March 20 to April 21
The Sun enters the zodiac sign of Aries on March 20th. This event signals the beginning of the Spring season and is known as the Spring Equinox. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac; it symbolizes new beginnings. The planetary ruler of Aries is Mars. Mars is a planet of action. Aries is a fire sign. The Aries soul is here to take the initiative, to motivate others and get things moving.
Mercury goes direct in Pisces also on March 20th. It is now time to make informed decisions and take action on projects we intuitively know need to be started. “Don’t delay, take action today” is the motto of the assertive Aries soul.
If you are looking for a person who is a motivator and a doer, you would be wise to consult with someone who has the Sun, Ascendant, Moon or other personal planets in Aries.
Aries’ most popular Energetic Healing and Spiritual Power Gemstones
Fire Agate, Red Aventurine, Bloodstone, Red Calcite, Carnelian, Diamond, Flint, Jasper, Ruby, and Red Spinel
