Thousands of spiritual gifts embracing all seven planes of life and all levels of consciousness exist. METAPHYSICS AND SPREADSHEETS

You might be wondering what metaphysics has to do with spreadsheets. Well in my case, it helps me keep track of my metaphysical classes. I first used this technique to document all of the data extracts and reports that I was doing for my client when I was a consultant. IT organizations have very formal methods of documenting all of the processing. They even have technical writers on staff to follow standard protocol procedures to provide this documentation. This is to make sure that not only is all of the processing is documented, but that it is repeatable. As a staff of one, I didn’t have time to follow their guidelines, but at the same time, I needed to stay on top of the constant requests. So, I developed a spreadsheet with the columns that had all of the information that I needed. I also wrote programs that were easy to read, supplemented with internal documentation, and structured so as to avoid the chaos from what is known as “spaghetti code”. In the spreadsheet I had columns that had the name of the report, the data sources, the columns in the report, the location of the source code, the frequency of the report as to whether it was monthly, weekly, daily, or ad hoc, who the reports were for, and all of the other pertinent data about each report. This made it possible to have all of the information about every report in a small compact spreadsheet versus having volumes of Microsoft Word documents. I could also take advantage of the features of Microsoft Excel like using filters on the columns to immediately find any info for specific reports or data extracts. The comprehensive list in the spreadsheet also showed the value that I provided to the company. With this method, it was also very easy to transition all of the processing to someone else when I retired.
After retirement, I began taking metaphysical classes that sparked my curiosity when some events occurred that I was not able to explain logically. In some of the classes, notes were handed out and we were able to make recordings of the class. For the ongoing classes, folders were also given with the notes. There is a lot of knowledge and wisdom that was given in these classes. So, I started labeling the folders and stored them in chronological order. If there were one day classes during the time period of an ongoing class, I put those notes in the folder of the ongoing class that was during the same time period and labeled one side with the name of the ongoing class and the other side with the onetime classes. Here is an example.
I loaded the recordings into my iTunes library and so by either using “Albums” or “Recently Added”, I can easily find the recording to a particular class. When I added the recording to my library, I put the name of the class as the album and the teacher’s name as the artist.
Then I used my documentation technique to catalogue all of my classes in a spreadsheet. Below is the top part of the list sorted by year and start date.
Then by using the filters on the columns and choosing “Topic”, I could look at which classes pertained to a particular topic.
In the example below I selected “Color”.
So, then I can find the notes within a few minutes for all the classes relating to “Color” and I can listen to the recordings and follow along with the notes.
I used my creativity to make sure that all of the wisdom and knowledge about metaphysics from these classes is not lost. I also learned in my classes that decluttering and keeping everything organized is a powerful tool for promoting spiritual growth and helping us to connect with Spirit. This technique enables me to do that.

FEBRUARY 2025 ASTROLOGY UPDATE

We begin the month of February with the Moon, Venus and Neptune all conjunct with the North Node in Pisces on Saturday, February 1st. Pisces is a water sign. Assuming there is not a major event involving water this would be a good day for a social event of a spiritual nature.
On the next day, Sunday, February 2nd, the Moon will be in Aries and the ground hog will be looking to forecast an early Spring. Because Mars is retrograde in Cancer we are likely to get a lot more water before Spring actually arrives.
Venus enters Aries and Jupiter goes direct in Gemini on Tuesday, February 4th. It is time to be proactive and communicate our ideas, insights and intentions clearly to others.
A First Quarter Phase Moon will occur in Taurus on Wednesday, February 5th. A careful evaluation of what is essential for our personal sustenance and security may be appropriate at this time.
Our emotional need may be to share ideas and information as the Moon enters Gemini on Thursday, February 6th. The arrival of my 77th birthday on February 7th is a delightful cause for celebration.
A Full Moon occurs in Leo on Wednesday, February 12th. Matters of the heart are likely to be in focus as Mercury enters Pisces on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14th.
Some members of our human tribe may be experiencing intense feelings of grief and loss as the Moon enters Scorpio on Monday, President’s Day, February 17th.
The Sun enters Pisces on Tuesday, February 18th. It is wise to seek spiritual guidance, ask for or give help to others, enjoy a good movie or your favorite music and find new forms of creative or artistic expression while the Sun is transiting the sign of Pisces.
A Last Quarter Phase Moon occurs in Sagittarius on Thursday, February 20th. Opportunities for a short trip or a weekend getaway are likely to support an emotional need for freedom and inspiration at this time.
Mars turns direct in Cancer on Sunday, February 23rd. It will now be easier to take direct action on family matters and issues of emotional security at this time.
A New Moon in Pisces occurs on Thursday, February 27th. Beginning a spiritual practice or initiating new projects to help others is favored.

AQUARIUS THE WATER BEARER in 2025

The Sun enters the zodiac sign of Aquarius on Sunday, January 19th. Aquarius is an air sign ruled by the planet Uranus. Uranus is currently transiting the sign of Taurus. Changes in our economic values and priorities are common while Uranus continues its transit in the sign of Taurus.
The astrological house associated with Aquarius is the eleventh house of friends, groups and social awareness. The Aquarian soul is a progressive thinker and often attracted to social programs of a humanitarian nature. Aquarians are idealistic and involved with people and organizations that are passionate about futuristic ideals and social change.
The planet Pluto is currently transiting the sign of Aquarius. Pluto is the planet of power, control and transformation. The shake up, wake up and shattering of the current power structure is all part of the experience of Pluto in Aquarius.
The best way to deal with this revolutionary energy is to let go of trying to manage and control people, situations and circumstances and stay open-minded about new ways of achieving personal fulfillment and professional success.
