EVEN BETTER MANIFESTATION TECHNIQUES

We’ve all studied various forms of Manifestation Techniques – from programming crystals to talking to Angels… from positive affirmations to mind training… we’ve even tried ‘magic’… the list goes on and on…
So, my question to you is this: With all this effort, why aren’t you immensely wealthy or won the lottery or married to your SoulMate or live in peace and prosperity… and why haven’t you considered that ALL stems from Spirit… yes, even your material happiness!
Well, most of us feel that it is somehow ‘wrong’ to call upon Spirit for such materialism… most of us shy away from this – we think that Spirit should be reserved for ‘proper conduct’, and that some of our ‘desires’ may be just a little too low down on the scale – after all, why would Spirit be interested in upgrading your kitchen, bathroom, or get you a new car… (O.K., maybe a parking space…)
Yet most of us are programmed to think that there is something wrong to involve Spirit in our (petty) desires… that it should all be reserved for those ‘special miracles’, the miraculous healings / world peace / surviving earthquakes… or just blessing our children (the Good Lord knows they need it, especially today!)
Someone once told me a great secret – simply this: “By myself I do nothing”… and no, he wasn’t advocating a life of sloth or Nubian exploitation… rather, he was pointing out that it is only through Spirit (or with, if you prefer) that we are able to accomplish anything. Yes, there are many Magicians that will loudly declare that it is by their Will that they’re able to achieve success… but, I ask you, at what costs?
(this reminds me of a story of the young man who was soon focused on material success that he willingly paid with his health / happiness / friendship… and even marriage… it all went down the drain… or, as I would say ‘to Hell in a hand-basket’… yep, sounds about right – shades of Faust, what?)
So, what does all this have to do with Manifestation?
Easy – if you do not involve Spirit in your doings, you may well ‘achieve’ it… but you may not be happy with your results… are you ready to pay that price? (remember that whatever you do in this Life will program your next Incarnation accordingly!! Ha! Did you truly think you would get away with it!?)
Now, don’t go off half-cocked, invoking Angels and Devas and whatever Spirit Forms you think you have access to… there is both ‘Proper Protocol’, as well as the Good Manners of Proper Training… after all, didn’t your Mom teach you not to speak with your mouth full?
Which brings me to this month’s classes – we’ll be reviewing the proper use of the Law of Attraction (so you don’t fall on your face… again), figure out this whole deal about ‘Success’, and even ‘Happiness’… will examine Personal Transformation, and some other Laws of Manifestation…
So – if you are ready for a brand new beginning, here it is… if not… well, there’s always the next Life… (your choice, really…)

PLANETS AND POSSIBILITIES: A LOOK AT THE ASTROLOGY OF JUNE

June arrives as we enjoy the energies of the Sun(our consciousness) and Venus(love and money) as they hang out together in airy, curious Gemini. We can expect lots of swirling ideas and intriguing conversations to keep us engaged but there’s a lot more going on with this sign represented by the Twins. They’re Castor and Pollux and are famous throughout mythology for their dualistic heritage. One is mortal and one divine which leads to a painful separation, representing our own struggle to create unity within our own nature. The planet Mercury rules Gemini and he is known as both the Trickster and the Messenger of the Gods, further alluding to division within the signs’ orientation causing fluctuations in our goals and motivations when immersed in its influence.

June 4 is the New Moon(beginnings) in Gemini and the Sun and Moon are receiving a lot of attention from other members of the zodiac, some of it not particularly welcome. Fiery Jupiter(belief-systems) in precise, earthy Virgo challenges the Sun’s and Venus’ points of view and the Moon is busy fending for herself as five planets take an interest in her. This leads us to the message of the Sabian Symbol which stresses the import of communication (Mercury) to alleviate confusion caused by mixed signals. “Two Dutch children talking to each other, exchanging their knowledge; the need to clarify one’s experiences through actual contact with like-minded individuals.” Reaching out to others is helpful as we process the emotions and instincts which continue to be unearthed as fiery Mars retraces his footsteps in watery, investigative Scorpio. This is territory we covered earlier in the year and, hopefully, we’re able to just mop up the vestiges of what was revealed and dismissed at that time. The thing is that all this generates a lot of internal energy that needs a safe outlet. Mars turns direct June 30. Hurray!!!
Do we have a physical activity which brings us relaxation?
Do we have a confidant with whom we can unburden ourselves?
June 12 Mercury(our thought processes) moves into Gemini being welcomed home and encourages us to be open to our environment which should give us depth to our experience. Watery, dreamy Neptune turns retrograde in transcendant Pisces, so our attention is aimed inward to access our imagination. Taking a break from our mundane schedule for a while, and giving ourself permission to daydream, puts our logical mind on hold really helping our stress levels. Even more fulfilling is experiencing insights which are beyond the reach of rational thought.
Are we respecting our need for time to ourselves?
When Venus(our self-worth) enters watery, assertive Cancer June 17, we’re introduced to archetypal mother’s love and urged to put nurturing ourselves and others as a top priority for us. Cardinal Cancer is notoriously sensitive, so we need to remain aware of our own and other’s sensibilities in our personal interactions. Here again, this is where open communication alleviates misunderstandings during this period in which our perceptions are going through restructuring.
The Pope, blessing the faithful…
June 20 is a big day because first there’s a Full Moon(culmination) in fiery, belief-oriented Sagittarius, followed later in the day(3:34 p.m. PDT) by the season changing Summer Solstice. The Full Moon’s message is “The Pope, blessing the faithful; the need to pay homage to traditional values upon which the Invisible Community of Spirits is built.” It’s helpful to keep in mind that practical taskmaster Saturn in Sagittarius is in an awkward relationship with transcendent Neptune in watery, limitless Pisces due to their very different approaches to spirituality. With the gradual co-mingling of traditional values with the Invisible Community of Spirits, together Saturn and Neptune may guide us to trust our intuition while embracing our common sense.
The Summer Solstice is a great act to follow the Full Moon, since it’s when the Sun reaches his apex, creating the longest day of the year. Since ancient times this has been considered a magical time for which ceremonies and astronomical monuments were created. Stonehenge and other archeological wonders draw individuals who which to honor the Great Mother(Cancer) and honor our place in the eternal cycle. If there’s a Mid-Summer festival in our area, let’s attend it and take a time-out from any frustrations facing us. What ever our belief system, we are all grateful for the Sun’s presence making our individual lives possible.
A harmonious connection expansive Jupiter in earthy Virgo makes with transformative Pluto in earthy Capricorn June 26 combines their energies to generate a feeling of being centered even if unexpected developments crop up around us. Mercury moving into nurturing, watery Cancer June 29 also mellows out the atmosphere after an exciting, airy period, as far as our thought processes go. This should help us in our re-directing all the pent-up energy we’ve been holding within us as Mars has been retrograde. As of June 29, the tide is turning and we now feel more capable of taking advantage of the vitality we wish to use in moving forward with our lives. Let’s all breathe a sigh of relief!

THE GIFTS OF YOUR POWER ANIMAL

Since the beginning of Time, Man has had a deep relationship with the Animal Kingdom – at times one of friendship and mutual support, at others one of respect and good boundaries. In each case there was the recognition of the Power inherent within this exchange… and many Shamans, Medicine Men and Women, and even a few Magicians strived to find the proper way to create a connection between the Source of this Power and themselves.
The concept of Power Animals(as guides and protectors) was established.
When properly invoked they will help us in Healing and Transformation, in teaching and expanding our Consciousness, showing us how to overcome Life’s obstacles, achieve prosperity, and keep us safe… gifting us with Power and Abilities beyond that of Common Man.
All this is part of Spirit’s Great Plan – to create a True Brotherhood, one where Man is not the exploiter, but the caretaker of this Planet… with the full support of these great Beings.
How is all this possible?
Easy – consider that all of Creation has a Proper Order, one where Great Beings work in perfect harmony, aligned in Purpose. Here we find the Gods/Goddesses of Nature, as well as the Devas that serve them… and amongst all this we find Great Archetypes who oversee their Lineage. Here we have the Source of the Animal Kingdom, full of Great Power and Wisdom, ready to offer their help – and guidance – to Man… if only to awaken his/her awareness that there are indeed multiple Dimensions, greater Realms, higher Beings… and that we should ALL work together in harmony…
So, why should they help us?
Simple… only once we have conquered our own obstacles are we then ready – and able – to offer our support to this Great Brotherhood… only by being fulfilled can we serve Spirit… and in view of all this we are offering a two-month program where we will explore the Power offered by these Great Beings, so each of us may receive the help and support we need and desire.
We meet for 8 consecutive Saturdays (from 11am-12:30pm), starting July 9. (Mario is not planning any Saturday classes for June)

THE GOD OF GENESIS AND OCCULTISM

The Biblical Book of Genesis is the source that many people world-wide rely on to accurately portray the appearance and nature of God. The God of Genesis can be seen as an example of an allegorical and anthropomorphic deity. Anthropomorphism is the interpreting of what is not human or personal in terms of human or personal characteristics, and is the means orthodox religions use to describe God.
The human qualities attributed to God in Genesis are as varied as they are numerous. God is described as a being who is a male and a father, has a definite physical body capable of motion, can be heard when he walks, and enjoys gardening. God can think, speak, plan, sense temperature, and feel positive and negative emotions. Genesis 1:26 tells us that man was made in God’s likeness, and unlike earlier verses, this verse refers to God as us instead of he, indicating multiple gods, not one God. The Bible relates that man was made in God’s image, and given that man was originally naked, we can conclude that God is naked also.
The traits of separation, human duality, and emotionalism are visibly evident in the God of Genesis. Here God is an extra-cosmic creator, separate from and outside his creations, which he has no problem cursing and destroying if they displease him. Apparently, God does not love his children equally, but has favorites to whom he is generous and protective, and enemies who he treats with merciless cruelty. This shows that the God of Genesis is a transcendent God for a few, but not imminent in all people. The Janus-like God of Genesis can show kindness, love and forgiveness as easily as he participates in anger, grief, jealousy, killing and slavery.
The Lord God of Adam and Eve allegorically created man and woman whom he originally called good only to tempt, anathematize, and incorrectly prophecy their death if they ate of the forbidden fruit. Like many humans, the Lord God changes his mind on decisions he’d made, and errs in prediction and judgment at times. To punish the ancient builders of the Tower of Babel, he intentionally caused confusion and misunderstanding to all humanity by making the one language of the world at that time, unintelligible. Where there had been a world with the understanding, harmony and unity a common language brings, God replaces this unified world with one of division, lack of understanding, and the conflicts that flow when mutual understanding between humans is taken away. Here the God of Genesis demonstrates his questionable form of justice by condemning the innocent people of all parts of the world to punishment for something the followers of a small semi-nomadic tribe allegedly did thousands of years ago. Unlike Jesus and advanced humans, the God of Genesis apparently enjoys animal cruelty and sacrifice, and finds the smell of burning animal carcasses a sweet aroma.
Occultism teaches that God is not an isolated man in a giant body that thinks, feels, battles Satan, desires burnt offerings, and spreads discord at times and love and light at others, but rather an omnipresent, eternal, boundless and benevolent principle of life/substance whose infinite nature manifests physically through Natural Laws which can be studied. We can always learn more about the cloak of God.
